D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. They are honorable and professional and will do whatever is necessary to make the job right and to the satisfaction of the homeowners. During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. Thank you for a job well done!

As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. He’s got a great group working for him. We’d hire them again.
