Great quality work and product! They were able to customize a tall double oven cabinet to fit a single speed oven. Went the extra mile when the installer filled the hole with a functional drawers instead of dummy doors!

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! The high quality of the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end.

Phoenix Home Remodeling does great work. We found that Jeremy takes the time to understand what we need. Our experience was a good one and will use Jeremy in the future should the need arise again.

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
