Great quality work and product! They were able to customize a tall double oven cabinet to fit a single speed oven. Went the extra mile when the installer filled the hole with a functional drawers instead of dummy doors!

We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. I grew up seeing how happy Graciela made her customers in Tucson and Green Valley and now that we have a house of our own we decided immediately to work with her on a remodel of our kitchen. Premier was referred to me by a family member. The entire process was fantastic from design to install. My master bath is a large and the counter/cabinets is fairly odd shaped. They were able to offer design choices I would have never thought of and made the space much more functional and beautiful. The installers were amazing - I was able to move out of the master bedroom during the construction and they layed down protective coverings on the floor from the entry of the house all the way to the bathroom and hung plastic sheeting in the entry way to keep the dust contained and to a minimum. Always conscientious of their surroundings and my time (I still work from home so they let me know if major construction was going to occur). The construction is high quality and done to perfection . . . . and the tile!!! Cesar knows his stuff!! - I cannot imagine using anyone else for any kind of remodel. Kym, Kent, William, Martin, and Cesar - I got the A++ team for sure!

Emily was amazing to work with. From
the beginning she listened and was able to nail the designs every time! Working through a pandemic was challenging, but, she was always available to answer questions, source products and calm nerves! I highly recommend Earthen Co. Interiors and look forward to continuing to work with Emily in the future.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

Everything went very well. Debby, the sales rep was professional and very helpful. The installer did a great job with the closest. Only negative, whatever product they use to finish/clean odor was super strong and took a bit to air out the house.

Started a conversation with an employee Priscilla, to get some cabinets. All was going well. We go into detail regarding the parts and dimensions. The vendor, the sizes, and accessories were decided on. I got a quote for the three cabinets 490.00. I asked a few questions and she was going to look into it for me. I email two more times. Nothing. No bounce-back just, no reply. I decide to call. I get Andrea, I had to re-explain the entire project, I send the email conversation to her. She looks it over and confirms that the project can be done. Apparently Priscilla left the company, no one closed her account. Andrea says she will send me the invoice for the quote by the end of the day or the next. After not hearing from her. I call again. I ask where the invoice is for me to order the cabinets. No apology for not communicating or not sending me the invoice. Andrea say's she's unable to honor the quote that was given. She had no idea where the last person got the numbers. The first quote was 490.00 the quote that Andrea gave was 1550.00. The email communication was quite clear and both parties were in agreement. I express if that was the case I would not like to move forward with the project, and that I was very disappointed of the lack of communication and delaying my project. I feel they did a bait and switch. Now Im in a crunch to get a project completed.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
