We had no idea what we wanted and came in and designed our dream kitchen for us. He gave us valuable advice through every step of the process and re-ran estimates when we changed our minds if the beginning phases. He kept us involved and informed about the payment schedule and when things would be installed. I felt like he guided us through every step of the way. The end result is a phenomenal. Had Quartz kitchen countertop fabricated and installed. Let me preface this with, I was a little skeptical because I found them on OfferUp - Keith Antonio Serrano came to my home and was very professional, asked what we were looking for and took measurements. He was prompt courteous. I picked out the quartz my wife was interested in and got a very competitive quote. We had a few things going on so I requested a date a few weeks later - they had no problem meeting the date.

Install day came and they showed up at the tail end of the scheduled time frame - installation went great. They corrected a fabrication problem within a couple hours and had the tops completed. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
