****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I'm surprised to see the positive reviews. Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle his project load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contractor's work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. Y'all ROCK!!

Ernesto was able to transform my home into the inviting/warm atmosphere I always wanted, but never knew how to create. I loved that he created sketches to help me to really see what he had in mind for a space. I found the process of bringing these sketches to live incredibly simple. Ernesto was always open to all feedback, but I found that every time he brought his top selections for furniture design/fabrics, he always hit the nail on the head. Patterns and color schemes I never would have considered before, came together perfectly & created a brightness in my home I never had. Also, with 3 young boys it was very important to me that we focused on durability. I have seen my beautiful pillows tossed every which way in my home & over a year later and they look as beautiful as they did on day 1.

I also feel quite thankful that my appointment with Ernesto overlapped with a landscape designer one afternoon as Ernesto took one look at our backyard & the design we had & with a few sketches transformed a patio area we were working on.

Ernesto listens to his clients, follows thru on commitments made, and is truly just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.
