Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! They absolutely are going to be my first call in the future for home repairs.

We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing wood tile throughout our entire house. Not only was he very knowledgeable but him and his team were very professional and efficient, easy to work and happy to be here. Our first time having some remodeling done and we didn’t know what to expect but Desert Custom Flooring made it a smooth transition all the way through . They did the entire downstairs flooring, our stairs, new countertops & kitchen cabinets. All of the staff was very professional and Alex was in constant communication the whole time, letting us know what the next step was. Our home was looking outdated and now it looks like a totally new house inside and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Everything was good, workers are the best

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
