Doug Parry has been extremely helpful throughout our kitchen remodel process. From making suggestions about color, options, and style, to providing recommendations and considerations that I would not have thought of during this process. I brought my pile of sample dream kitchen photos, and he was able to help make my vision into reality while staying in budget. Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

Ernesto is a smooth talker and doesn't listen to a word you say. He does not listen to what the client actually wants. Besides not listening to anything my wife and I said, after a month all he had to show for his work were some silly doodling on paper. He charged a 5K retainer, and did absolutely NOTHING. After we made suggestions, he would shoot them down and then later bring them up as his own ideas. He kept telling us that a beam needed to be installed, and later my contractor looked at the columns and said they were fine to remove (just to prove he has no idea what he is talking about). After a month of having NOTHING to even prove he has been working, he now wants to charge us even more money for doing nothing. In a month...no estimates, no work has been done. All he wants to do is milk as much money out of you as possible. I regret ever hiring him, because he is totally unprofessional and also refuses to give us our house keys back. I will most likely end up taking him to court to recover my money he wasted

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.
