AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

This was my mother (Becky) dream kitchen. Dad made sure it was what she wanted. I gave her great Joy. During this time we discovered she had cancer. All though she did not cook much as the cancer got worse. She always had smile whether in it or looking at it. Dad has always she was more than worth it and wished it could have been done sooner. Joe and his teem did a wonderful job. Some snags now and then. They did more than just the kitchen. Moved a wall, fixed nice enclosed launder, took out a fire place, and replaced the doors. Mom is with Jesus 6 years now and we still talk about how Joe's work made her happy. Thank you Joe

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Never again with Planet Remodel.

I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.
