A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.
