Amazing service, dispatcher made an appointment immediately, service guys did the job in minutes, very impressive!

I needed two pieces of glass (table top and shelf). We were greeted promptly and politely at the front desk. The service was fast and timely. THEN, due to my mistake, the shelf didn't quite fit. I took it back and asked if it was possible to 'shave' 1/4 off....thinking that they'd laugh at me. Instead, they took it to the shop and 15 minutes later, I was off with my shelf. No charge for the correction....and they didn't laugh at me, either.
