Best Drain Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

I have used Arid Valley Services multiple times for all my bike maintenance and repairs. They provide quality service for a great price. All work has been done on time with explanations and recommendations of service. He has years of experience providing great customer service. I will continue to use them for all bike repairs and other handyman services in the future.

I had my above range microwave replaced and they were the best. They were prompt, courteous, fair priced, and most importantly I felt comfortable with them in my house.

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

Best handyman out there!!!! Had a simple thing to fix and he came all the way at 9pm to come fix it! On a Saturday!!! Definitely will use him for anything I have around the house!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!

I engaged Mark to correct a carpentry problem in my external HVAC furnace room. He completed that with great results. Then we agreed to him replacing my HVAC unit since it was on its deathbed. The price was very fair and over a period of several days he worked like a demon to remove my old unit and furnace and put in a new one. He also did a little repair work inside the room because he thought it was best for me and the overall job. He was totally focused on his job and worked long hours and very hard in 109-degree temps. He ALWAYS kept in contact by phone for his progress and needs. I found him totally honest, extremely hardworking, and committed to excellence. I use this Company for my two rental properties and my personal residence for all handyman needs. The most important quality of this business is they are reliable, show up when they say, get the job done right. This seems to be harder and harder to find now but Crew of Two is just that!

I hired the company to paint my living room, hallway and 1 other wall. I had the paint and primer. I just needed the labor. The bid was OK, not the cheapest I'd received, but in the middle range.

The painter was skilled. He worked efficiently. However, both my bathrooms and my kitchen had been painted previously by others with the same paint - same can/lot #. The walls had been primed first because the color to be covered was brown. This was true in the new areas to be painted as well. Brown walls were being covered. I showed the painter before he started that I had the paint and the primer. (I'd mentioned this originally when I'd gotten the bid and the man making the bid agreed with me about the primer.)

When he was finished, I thought the color wasn't right, but credited it to it not quite being dry. Not so. I expected the color to be the same as kitchen, etc., a creamy white. The color is beige. The difference being is that the painter didn't prime the walls first. Apparently my fault for not paying closer attention?

I complained to Seneca, the office liaison. She was apologetic and talked to the painter. He claims he put on 2 coats of paint. How does that work? I thought the painter would go around the areas twice. He only made one turn around all the areas. Regardless, because the walls weren't primed, the color isn't true. There's a fade in from the original brown.

Seneca told me she'd contact the owner. Maybe I haven't given him enough time, but I'm sick over a very costly mistake. At the very least he should apologize. I have to live with a color I dislike until I can afford to paint again. Plus I'll have to buy more paint adding further to the cost since he used up what I had as intended.

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
