I contacted the Response Crew for a small project and Gregg & Joe arrived as scheduled, were incredibly courteous, professional and completed the work in the amount of time estimated.

They also offered to take away a significant amount of packing and cleaned up the entire work area.

I have been using Johnny for over 4 years at both my home and work. He has done electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, hardwood floor/fixture repair, assembling projects and has hung some awkward heavy items in some challenging areas. Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Jeremy was very Focused on list of repairs after his assessments he quickly ran out to get parts finished job with excellent results. Finally someone with tools and knowledge to tackle the job. Thanks for getting the job done right. 4 starts rating instead of 5 because I wished he worn boot covers keeping floors clean.

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.

Marcus painted our interior walls, hung pendant lighting, ceiling fan, as well as a chandelier. I would recommend Marcus to anyone looking to have any project completed. Very down to earth and honest. He cleaned every area he worked in, and it looks beautiful! Thank you, again!
