This team did a great job on our baseboards and drywall repairs. They were reasonably priced and friendly and kept the work area clean and orderly.

Mike was an AMAZING help to me when I couldn't even get other handymen to return a call. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and more than fair pricing. I needed someone to install overhead shelves on my garage ceiling. It was hard finding someone available and willing to do it, and for a reasonable price. I found John’s company online and left a message. John the owner texted me back within the hour. We finalized the quote after closing hours and i appreciate at he was so responsive and accommodating. He was able to come out in a few days for the job. He arrived right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and did a good job. I’m glad I found him and would use him again.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Chris Riggs is the man. Thank you Chris for all the hard work you've done.

This guy is a complete joke. I hired him to hanG a ceiling fan in our bedroom and some other odd jobs. He showed up LATE and without an appropriate ladder to hang the fan. He then rescheduled for a week later 8-10 am, texted me at 9:50 am that he still did not have the appropriate ladder and that he would be there 3-4PM. He then texted me at 3:50 PM that he STILL DID NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE LADDER TO HANG A CEILING FAN! I mean what the heck?????? How do you call yourself a handyman without a ladder to hang a ceiling fan. This guy is a complete joke. Wasted 2 Saturdays in a row on him. Oh well, plenty of handymen out there with a decent business sense. Already booked someone new. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends.

Jonah installed our TV for us in little to no time. Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. We will be having him repair our drywall in the near future :)

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.
