Best TIle Shop in Phoenix AZ

The serviceman sent to install garbage disposal and kitchen fixture was very capable and experienced. Also kept the work area clean and tested the plumbing to make sure there were no leaks before he left.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
