He provided us a quote for the work prior to starting, and he even reduced one of the costs when the work didn't take as long as expected. He always showed up on time and took time to explain things to us to make sure we made the best decisions for our repairs. What a great find the Response Crew is for us! And an even greater find was our handyman, Kelly! Kelly is knowledgeable, courteous, and great at communicating in person and via text. Kelly replaced an exterior utility door--a pretty complicated task. Kelly checked out/measured the old door and searched diligently to find an EXACT replacement, got the door quickly ordered, and kept us in the loop on its arrival. Once the door arrived, Kelly removed the old door and all the rotted wood framing, installed the new door, repaired the stucco around the door, and painted the new door. Definitely worked the job in a high quality and efficient manner. I would recommend Kelly and the Response Crew hands down! We will be using them for all our home projects!
