I had a great experience with Mr. Handyman. I needed someone to install a large retractable awning above my patio. They were able to set an appointment for the following week, then surprised me by calling the very next day to say that they would be able to come right away. I was pleased. They showed up right on time and got to work and completed the job. A day later, I noticed that the awning needed some adjustment, so I called and they set a time to come by to correct it. They were committed to doing the job right and seeing that I was satisfied. I'm highly recommending these folks -

I can’t say enough positive things about Willworks and Will Garcia in general. Will is awesome at what he does and his prices are more than fair. At a time when other places are raising rates left and right his prices have remained consistent over the past year during which time I have used him repeatedly. Will is very responsive, communicative and goes out of his way to make sure your satisfied with his work. I have recommended him to a few friends, neighbors and family members now and we all agree that he does a great job, is trustworthy and reliable. Best handyman out there!!!! Had a simple thing to fix and he came all the way at 9pm to come fix it! On a Saturday!!! Definitely will use him for anything I have around the house!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!

I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.
