He has done electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, hardwood floor/fixture repair, assembling projects and has hung some awkward heavy items in some challenging areas. In addition, he is very personable and we have developed a solid relationship. Brian is transparent with the cost of the jobs, so there are no hidden expenses. He is just a straight up guy. We are very happy that Brian was recommended to us, and we will continue to utilize him in the future. I will definitely refer him to any friends who need a handyman.

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

They were just rude on the phone. Didn't listen too well were in a hurry to hang up. I feel they don't like talking to immigrants with accents too much.disgrace of a company

Drew's handyman service was fantastic! They were very thorough, responsive, and professional. I felt totally comfortable giving them the key to my house so they could work while I was at the office. Highly recommended.

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
