House Doctors offers friendly, honest, knowledgeable customer service from the first contact with Libby in the office, to meeting Joe for the first time for an estimate, to receiving the written estimate, communicating with Deborah to having Joe & Sean come to do the actual work on the project. Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. I won't hesitate to recommend House Doctors to my neighbors and friends. They are true service oriented professionals.

Good experience with Response Crew, they were timely, estimated the job price within half an hour of the actual cost. The final cost less parts came close to $100 an hour which seemed fair for the overhead and good reputation.

Johnny is fantastic! He came in on a minutes notice to repair our ceilings after the monsoon caused massive leaks in our roof. He worked with our schedules, cleaned up all the debris from the job, and was trustworthy and professional. His work is absolutely excellent.

I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! Amazing. Over the years I have had numerous repair issues that have needed addressing. Waylon has been amazing. He came out and helped my Mom out of some issues where other handyman companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Glad I found Waylon and so blessed by all he's done for us. In particular I had some flooring that I needed fixed and some Drywall that I needed patched. He was very honest about what he could do. In the end I am super impressed with how well they were able to help not only my repairs, but my Mom's house as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him.
