My husband and I have used Johnny several times now. Johnny is a jack of all trades. We've used him for electrical, plumbing, and general construction. There doesn't appear to be anything he can't do. He's always been on time, great with communication, friendly, professional, honest, and works for a fair price. Johnny has become our go to for any home repairs and I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone, including family and friends.

Our fixer was Roman, who was EXCEPTIONAL. Great attitude, efficient and quick problem-diagnosis, and a huge amount of patience when dealing with a couple of unexpected setbacks during our repairs. We are very happy with Fixer and would highly recommend them for business or personal use :)

Mediocre at best. I would not trust him with anything but the simplest of tasks, for which you will pay above market.

He did a great job with our bathroom it turned out so beautiful we loved it we would send him to other customer he’s the best worker thank you so much.

Work was not completed as bid. Would not use again.

Kitchen cabinet pulls installed by James and helper… some of my pulls were bended or forced into a drill hole measured by the installers. Some pulls were not installed with the correct measurements where on adjoining doors you could some were angled and mismeasured incorrectly. Very upset that I paid thousands of dollars for new cabinets to have mediocre work done that costed me than I paid for. Work was done 2/22/2022.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

I had overdue repairs to be done to my home, and the list was getting overwhelming. I needed a company/handyman services that was reliable. I happened to see the Firefighter Handyman services truck on my street one day. I went online, read the positive reviews, and decided to give them a call. I talked to Karen, and she set up the dates for the needed repairs. Paul came, and he was on time. I was impressed by his workmanship, and delighted, by the care he took, to service my home, like he was doing a project in his own home. That does inspire confidence. We made another appointment, since we needed a door replaced, and of course, the matching door has been discontinued. Paul suggested, that we buy a textured slab, and he would do the work from scratch. We also had other items, that needed attention. Karen was prompt to set it up, and even called us, to let us know, that there was an earlier appointment due to cancellation. When Paul came back, the experience was one again top-notch. Very professional, courteous, precise in his performance, and respectful of my home. It is easy to put a sign on your truck that says Handyman - it is another thing to be a good handyman - Art Drew is a great handyman and it appears there is virtually nothing he cannot fix or build. Art and Kathy are professional, courteous and pleasant. Over the course of a week they were never late and when the job was completed they left my property spotless. As we all know - its the little things - and Art and Kathy miss nothing. Add in the fact that they are trustworthy and I can give them the code to my garage and it's a good as it gets. Highly recommend.
