JCPro was hired to redo my kitchen ceiling, install a kitchen ceiling fan,
new pot lights, and install an island stove top range hood fan. Johnny C did all the work and did a beautiful job. He is very accurate on his performance on the above mentioned items. My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

STEVE at Arid Valley Services turned our weekend around after punishing my rear derailleur on a rock coming down SoMo! He was very responsive and showed up AT THE TRAILHEAD to get me dialed in and continue the fun. Rad guy. Would definitely use again

As a very picky person, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the drywall repair service I was provided. I plan to use them for every other service then can help me with since their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely recommend them to any friends and family looking for the services they offer. They exceeded my expectations and provided me with exactly what I wanted. If I could give more starts I definitely would!

Brian did a great job of patching stucco and drywall. It matched perfectly. We would highly recommend his work. He was also very good with his communications and his price was very reasonable.

Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. Called for estimate and they responded with in 20 minutes. Nick came over to look over what I wanted and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. He installed a new door closer for me and did a great job. Very happy with Nick and he will be my new handyman.

Included all New maple cabinets with Lazy-susans and roll out shelves. New granite counter tops, new lighting and new outlets. Installed all the New appilances.

Great company! Removed garage cabinets from one location and installed them at another them we decided to add another one, he went back removed it and installed it all in the same day! Great to work with, great quality, professional, friendly, great pricing!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
