In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. Greg did an absolutely horrible job repairing 2 porcelain tubs that were rusting at the drain. He estimated a very large amount, but agreed based on I thought he would do a nice job with the repair. But, when my tenant sent pictures of the repair, it looked like it was repaired with bubble gum. He promised the repair would extend the life of the tubs 5-7 more years.
Well, it didn't last even 3 months before it started leaking under the tub and the wet soil under the foundation cracked and lifted the tile from the bathroom all the way across the living room. I had to have the tubs and tile replaced after only 3 months after the repair.

I called to schedule for a flooring jod they schedule me for the wrong day. I called the representative she said that she texted me NEVER did I received a text. very disappointed in this company
