The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. Oscar is top notch. He came out to help us out on Easter Sunday since it was an emergency and we had to shut off our water. Didn’t upcharge the parts and was super friendly and very helpful. We had a lot going on in our family and he made it so easy. Will hire him for future jobs.
