Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. We recently moved to our home and had a list of projects we needed completed. We found John and are so happy we did. He has come to our house multiple times and here is a list of some of the projects he has completed: installed smart switches, installed ceiling fans, changed locks, installed garage storage unit and replaced a shower head. We are extremely satisfied with his work as everything was completed with great craftsmanship and looks excellent. John is very responsive and dependable. Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Hard work from a honest man and gets it done

Removed dining room chandelier and installed a new chandelier. An air vent in the ceiling had to be relocated as well. The job was completed with excellence! Highly recommend.

Chris has helped us with multiple projects around our house. Chris is prompt, responsible, and professional. He replaced our kitchen sink faucet and per his recommendation, we installed a touch-less kitchen faucet. You wave your hand by the faucet to turn it on and off. It's a great addition to our home. Other projects Chris has done for us include replacing our shower head from a standard shower head to a rain shower. He also replaced our garbage disposal for us. We would definitely use him again.

Excellent service! Contacted on a Sunday for help moving my stacked washer/dryer unit which was stuck and impossible to move by myself. Derek and Derek showed up within an hour of my contacting them, well prepared with all the necessary tools. They were able to move the unit, and even reinstalled the closet door, all in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't charged anything beyond their reasonable trip fee - very surprising considering it was a Sunday on short notice.

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to accomplish similar tasks with some of the big companies in the valley (the ones with fancy trucks and pushy salespeople) I was amazed how simple this transaction was. It was clear tell they cared about the quality of work they perform.

Jeremy was very Focused on list of repairs after his assessments he quickly ran out to get parts finished job with excellent results. Finally someone with tools and knowledge to tackle the job. Thanks for getting the job done right. 4 starts rating instead of 5 because I wished he worn boot covers keeping floors clean.

They were just rude on the phone. Didn't listen too well were in a hurry to hang up. I feel they don't like talking to immigrants with accents too much.disgrace of a company

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
