Best Treating Bed Bug in Phoenix AZ

When Phil came out he was on time and very polite. The whole time he was here he was professional. He helped me with the few roaches I saw come out of the drains. He also checked the house to see if there was any other problems. One of the best companies I've had come out so far.

I would definitely recommend this company! They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day . The heat treatment and chemical treatment really worked. I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !

My husband and I moved (with our 3 cats) into a very nice house in Tempe in August of 2014. At that time, we didn't have any issues with the local creepy crawlies. That all changed a couple of days ago when I saw a scorpion skitter out from under the fridge at 2am. I squashed it before my cat could try to help. The next day, my husband found one about 1/2 way up the curtain on the sliding door. Squashed that one as well and decided that the issue had to be addressed immediately. I did an internet search for my zip code and 'pest control' and clicked on the first result closest to me. That turned out to be the best thing I could have done!

The company was Pest'R Us Exterminating, Inc., and I first spoke with a very nice admin lady (sorry ma'am, I didn't catch your name) who assured me the product used is safe for pets (always my biggest worry when it comes to unknown chemicals in my home). She took my info and contacted the owner, Eric, who was out in the field.

Eric called back and it was determined that his associate, Chris, would be able to come spray our house that same day. What a relief!! Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and focused on his job. He answered all of our questions thoroughly.

The service we bought was a one time application and because I found them online, we received a $10 discount. We only paid $65, which was much less than what we had expected, especially given that we were asking for same day service instead of scheduling a future date for service.

We really could not be any happier with the services provided and the professionalism of all three people we spoke with. I highly recommend Pest'R Us Exterminating, Inc. if you need pest control services!

*UPDATE* It's now been 5 years and we still use Pest'R Us Exterminating for pest control around our home. The service has been consistently great; the field associates, office admin, and owner are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Shortly after my initial review 5 years ago, my husband and I decided to sign up for monthly service and that continues to this day. Thank you, Eric and staff, for over 5 years of wonderful service!
