I had some termite issues so I found Bill's and called them right away. Gemma showed up and was extremely friendly and thorough when she came to my house for an estimate. She examined the house inside and out and explained everything I needed. We were able to book the treatment only a few days later! Donovan and another guy (didn't catch his name) came out to perform the treatment on the house and did a great job. They were very thorough as well and very efficient. He explained everything to me, performed the work, and then cleaned everything up afterward. You couldn't even tell they came in. Great job! Very impressed! I would recommend you guys to anyone with a pest problem.

Barry helped me out a lot with my pigeon problem.
I had gotten a letter in the mail from HOA about taking care of the pigeon problem I was having at my house, so I decided to research places and get quotes.
What I appreciated most about Barry was that he didn't try to B.S. me into spending more than I needed to. They gave me the fairest and cheapest quote BY FAR! I'm talking a fraction of the price of other companies for quality work. They don't try to up-sell you or try to get you to take care of areas that aren't even problems. Barry told me straight up that these were my problem areas, and these are areas that MAY become a problem, but as for now, I would only take care of these bad spots. He let me know that if I wanted to be proactive, they would definitely help handle the other areas for me, but he didn't push me to try to make a sale. I really appreciated how real he kept it with me.
Another thing I liked was that he was very flexible and willing to work with me on my schedule and payment.
He told me to give it a few days to a couple weeks before the pigeons completely move on, but so far so good. I wake up every morning to the sounds of pigeons outside my bedroom window, but I haven't heard any pigeons outside my window yet!
All in all, I'm glad to have crossed paths with Barry and the company. Will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need them for anything else.
