I have nothing but good to say about Bill's. I especially would like to say thank you to Amanda and Lisa in the office. Yes, Jonathan was efficient and professional and the actual technicians Chase and Sean were extremely nice, informative and thorough in doing their jobs, but it is the office girls that kept me together.I originally contacted Amanda to schedule a free examination back in August. I was given an estimate by Jonathan on August. 10th. Unfortunately, I had some other critical construction problems that had to be addressed first and could not access several of the treatment areas until those were taken care of. I laid awake at night imagining termites eating my home beyond repair.On September 6th, I called the office, stressed, exhausted and crying to let them know I was still awaiting a restoration company to complete the other projects and was assured by Lisa that everything would be OK and that as soon as I was ready, the original agreement would still be valid and it would only take a few days to schedule my treatment.Finally, at the end of October, I was ready to schedule and was given a service date of 11/2/2017... just days away. Sean and Chase showed up on time, explained the process to me again and got right to work. They were finished in just a few hours and cleaned up after themselves pretty well.Overall, my experience was a relief. Everyone was kind, respectful and honestly cared about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to everyone.
