Such a great experience. They are such real people who treat you like family. Ryan arrived on time and was so friendly. He made me feel at ease and explained the process to me. My home is bed bug free now and I feel great knowing we did it without exposing my family to any horrible chemicals!

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
