The technician was a really nice guy and very informative, taking time to explain what type of treatments were being used and why. They gave me an option of a regular service contract but there was no pressure to sign up, and payment was easy and contactless via their online payment portal. I thought the pricing was fair and the service was excellent (and yes, I did sign up for the yearly service!). Highly recommended by a very happy customer!
