Best Dead Animal Removal in Phoenix AZ

They come and place traps on a bad location, supposed to have food and water inside but there’s non. It supposed to be three weeks and they only come one time to remove one bird and now they abandoned the traps, it’s been close to three months and they have not comeback to pick up their empty traps. Charged me over a thousand dollars for cutting one bird. it is a scam. They better not come up with charging more money for leaving those empty traps on my roof. Found them online and never gave me a paper to call them or anything.

I called the Phoenix Dead Animal Removal after animal control said they could help me take my cat when he passed away. I called at 2pm on a Sunday and left a message with everything they asked for, including my name, address, phone number and location of my cat. The recording said if I called before 5pm they would retrieve the animal within 4 hours. It is now Monday at 5pm. When I went to see if my cat had been picked up I was heartbroken to find him still there. It is the middle of summer, with temps well over 100 every day. He is already starting to smell. No one ever answers the phone so I'm stuck with repeating my information until someone either comes, another animal drags him off, or he decays. If you can afford to take your pet to a vet for disposal, please do it. Trying to deal with the city is heartbreaking.
