Our first exterminator just sprayed and left, barely said two words. After researching for an company that had good reviews I came across urban desert. I was truly so impressed by them that I wanted to write one myself. Brad and his wife went out of their way to come and spray tonight, even as a last minute call request. They showed us the scorpions and how they were getting in the house to begin with. It’s too late to call the handy man to come fix the seal on my bedroom window tonight. So the fact that he took the extra time and energy to temporarily tape the gap just so I can sleep without worrying tonight is the reason why I give him 5 stars.
