Left a message on day 1 and NO RETURN CALL. Called the next day, day 2 to be answered by the receptionist who sounded like she did not want to be bothered then transferred me to Andrea who also sounded like she did not want to take the call. If you do not like customer service maybe you should speak up so you do not have to take customer calls and be rude. I read all the reviews and it seems the worse of this company are the ones who actually take the calls not to mention the bad drivers.

I wasn't able to keep my original appointment so I called to reschedule. They said I should call when I got back in town but I forgot. Thankfully, they did not forget. They call ahead of the appointment as a reminder, consistently arrive in the scheduled window and I don't have to wait all day. They are friendly, professional and thorough.
