We've had great service from Alliance for the past 6 years and previous owners of our property used them as well. The schedulers call each month to let us know when the technician will be at our home. If we have any requests they alway respond in a positive way.

Nick was able to work with our schedule and educated us on what was going on in our home! Five stars isn’t enough! I called to have my home serviced. I scheduled an appointment and the tech never showed. No one called to inform me that he was running late or couldn't make it to my house. I had to call out of work so I could meet with him.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.

The son is rude

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
