If I could give less stars I would. I'm absolutely disgusted at Terminx's lack of professionalism and customer service. In fact it's down right embarrassing. I will be getting my money back and will never do business with them again. The way you treated me is an exact representation of the company and its leadership.

I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago.
