our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
