Best Rubber Roofing in Phoenix AZ

Almeida Roofing is the most amazing roofing company I have ever came across while living in Phoenix. First of all their secretary Melissa is so polite and helpful and was always quick to return my emails. Kevin came and estimated my roof and didn't try to bullshit me into stuff I didn't need he was fair and honest.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

I give two thumbs up and five stars, very good company to do business with.

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly. Worse experience. Ever. Ma and Pa operation of the worse kind; the owner & operators -- Ma being “Debbie” wife of “Daniel” – must have a few relatives which accounts for their fake high-star reviews.

Contacted Debbie around the end of December, 2015, to arrange for a roof repair estimate. For the next two months – yes, MONTHS, got one runaround after another from Debbie and one promise after another the roof would be inspected “within the next couple of weeks” down to the next “couple of days”. Inspection never happened and I abandoned the effort this date, February 25, 2016.

First, there is the question of honesty and integrity. If this small shop did not have the time or talent to inspect the roof, the honest thing to do would have been to say so. Imagine if you are unlucky enough – after weeks of waiting – to have Daniel re-roof or repair you property and then try to have Daniel return to correct a mistake. Good luck with that.
