Best Roofing Contracting in Phoenix AZ

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I hired Geo Roofing, one of the premier roofing contractors in Phoenix, to fix my roof. I cannot recommend this company enough for their exceptional service, professionalism, and top-notch roofing work.

Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting.

Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis. Oh well. The train has left the station.

In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. I will definitely engage them again in the future should I need more roof repairs/replacements!

Couple of bumps along the way but overall a positive experience.

Extremely happy with our new roof from Pro-Tech!! These guys are top notch when it comes to customer service and the quality of their work. We got several quotes for a new roof and Pro-Tech was competitive on pricing and went above and beyond to educate us on the process and the materials they were going to use and made us feel comfortable with moving forward with the project!! I highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone needing contracting services!

I write this review because I relied so heavily on the reviews I saw here (for JBS) when I hired JBS roofing. Now, after having worked with them… and now having seen how they work, I wonder about the origin of the reviews I read. In short, after signing the initial bid, any extra item that came up , we were charged an exorbitant fee - twice or three times the industry norm based on our calls to verify cost - with other roofing companies. our queries with JBS were met with total disregard - As bad as their approach was during the roofing process, the most alarming and important NOTE to anyone else who may have.... or is considering working with JBS was ..when they submitted the final bill for payment and assured me our over $50,000 roof was properly done. We were concerned, so we hired a licensed/bonded/ 30 year experienced roof inspector to inspect the roof. The roof inspector reported back; that there were over 32! negligent and sloppy workmanship items on the roof..with attached photos. The inspector said it was one of the sloppiest
jobs he had seen. It was shocking to us and... in addition, JBS left dirty and rusty nails all over the site, one of the nails went thru the shoe and punctured the foot of a visiting guest and another a tire.. Still trying to be as civil as possible with JBS .. we asked if they would cover cost of the clean up of the nails that injured our guest and tire.. in total under $900.00 they said no. .. it was on us. My suggestion is, IF you have had your roof done by this JBS company, HAVE YOUR ROOF INSPECTED by an independent inspector and if you have children, guest, or you will
be out in the area around your roof after JBS has worked there , have your landscaper or someone carefully clean up to prevent injury.

Great service if i could give them 6 stars i would! Very professional would definitely recommend!
