After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

I highly recommend this company. Having my businesses maintained the way i need them to be maintained, leaves no room for 2nd rate standards. They were on time from start to finish. Last year I had Arizona Native Roofing re-do my roof in an attempt to be proactive in caring for my roof. They did a phenomenal job. This year again, I am being proactive and had them re-do the tile portion. I was completely satisfied last year and I am again completely satisfied this year. During the most recent storms I had no problems. I trust this company and I trust the owner.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
