We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I was absolutely happy with the work Randall Cloud and his crew did for my home! It was a good sized job and they did great work, made my roof look like new and cleaned up all the mess on their way out. I would recommend Randall's company to anyone needing help. I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right.
