Best Recent Roofing in Phoenix AZ

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

Express roofing did a great job when I replaced my roof this spring. Everything went smoothly from the quote until finish. I had trouble making up my mind on what color shingles to go with & they dropped off color samples for me as well as sending me links to photos of actual houses that used the same ones. I was very impressed at the quality of the work. They go beyond the minimum standards and explained in detail every process. They use a drone & send you actual footage of your roof before, during & after! The cost was fair & I think I got extra value in the quality of work done. Rene, the owner, was on site supervising during and at final inspection.
