First, I felt like I was the biggest best client they had! The August storm tore up our roof and ProWest was by far the best experience we had with anyone who visited for an estimate. Great responsive and professional service. Kevin was kind, friendly, explained everything (even when I had to ask the same thing twice), and answered my calls or got back to me within minutes. The work crew was absolutely on time, clean, organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. Oh, and our roof looks awesome! Highly recommended - they made this whole process so much easier than I expected!
