Best Maintenance Program in Phoenix AZ

I used Renco on a prior home a few years back and had a good experience so used them again when we had storm damage this fall. They do a greta job and are very professional. The process was smooth and when the workers finished they pointed out what they had done. A few days later I got a call and they came back to inspect it as part of their quality control process. So impressive! I've had other contractors recently that we have had issues with that could have been prevented by following the type of process Renco uses. Keep up the great work guys!

Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

I highly recommend this company. Having my businesses maintained the way i need them to be maintained, leaves no room for 2nd rate standards. They were on time from start to finish. Exceeded even my expectations with the quality and the efficiency of the entire scope of the work i had them do. I appreciated the flexibility they showed when i had additional work for them to do, upon short notice.

Great customer service, honest, quality service

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. This is a family business and they do offer the best roofing services that one could hope for. They are also reasonably priced and you realize quality for your money. Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

Roof Medics was very professional and informative as they showed where previous work could have been performed better. These areas are in locations where we have had persistent problems. The new roof has performed well through two recent storms. They were prompt and courteous and kept their schedule and promises. Thank You!

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
