They were prompt with getting someone to my home to provide an estimate and the estimator (Rubin) was very thorough in his explanation as to how the installation process would be completed. Their price was competitive and their estimate was very detailed. Once I made the decision to use In-Ex I was assigned a coordinator (Catrina) that kept me in the loop as far as delivery of material and commencement of work.

The material was delivered to my roof with no problems. I was given a start date (3-5 days after delivery). An opportunity to start sooner (2 days after delivery) came up and they asked if they could start early. The time estimate for completion of the roof (3-5 days) was met exactly. Construction was orderly and the crew left my driveway and yard clean each evening. The clean up after the job was done was excellent. And best of all the roof looks outstanding.
