Best Inspection Procedures in Phoenix AZ

I called this company to get an estimate on shingling my house. I have a 28.2 square roof and was quoted around $11000. I know exactly what my house needs because I literally installed this when I was 16 years old and worked for a roofing company called Phoenix Roofing. I provided them all the details and then try to find out a little bit more about the price. He said if I want a more accurate And somebody out to be able to look at the roof. That makes absolutely no sense. The person coming out is going to measure the roof to get the square footage which is 28.2 then they’re gonna ask me if I want to tear off or if I want an overlay. I started to ask the gentleman about the price. And then he said I already gave you a price what else do you want? Because of his outrageous gouging and rude response. I’m leaving this review.
