As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.
