Should have went elsewhere. At first we were happy with the company. But that was short lived. Got a completely new roof amongst a bunch of other things costing us roughly $20,000. But come the first decent rain and wind storm since install and the roof leaks. We requested that someone come take a look as it was leaking pretty decent through on of our newly remodeled bathrooms A/C vents damaging the ceiling We were told that it was due to the A/C, which was false as I had just had my A/C system inspected prior. Brandon had his guys patch some spot with tar on the roof and said it was good to go, ran water on the roof which then caused it to leak even more through another A/C vent causing even more ceiling damage. We requested that they return and re inspect. Mean while they are declining that this leak is caused by the roof and denying responsibility. Which makes zero sense. How is it that my roof that you just rebuilt is leaking and that isn’t your fault or are not willing to work with us. There is a decent amount of moisture in my drywall at this point which can grow mold and seeing as one the damaged and moist areas is right where the inlet for my A/C is all of that mold will be spread through the house and into my wife’s elderly grandmothers area. This issue has being going on for a couple weeks now and still have gone nowhere. We have called Kevin who is a manager and he plays it like it’s no big deal and we have zero luck getting ahold of Brandon who was the project manger. Good luck to anyone else who goes through this company and has any issues. They won’t take any responsibility and own up to anything let alone fix it.
