I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home.
