My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Selling our home and an inspector claimed there was a roof leak.
ARR were quick to schedule an appointment and come out.
Alan came out and was straightforward and honest after inspecting the roof in saying there is not a problem with the roof. Clearly explained why. Very easy to work with. Extremely fair in his pricing for a roof inspection.
Highly recommend to anyone!!!!
