Best Complete Exterior Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!

Jake is on of the most stand up guys I know. They are hard working and take exceptional pride in every aspect of the job! The do believe in true costomer / contractor relationship. You won’t go wrong using these guys. I had a patio done and a 200 s/ft addition built on to my house and turned out flawless and on budget.
