Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.
Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day.
