Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours.
